http强制调整到https访问（重写重定向方法）

以Apache为例，在开启了重写模块的前提下，在虚拟主机配置中加入rewrite重写代码，例如其中一种写法：

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond   %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule   ^(.*)  https://%{SERVER_NAME}$1 [L,R]

最后的虚拟主机配置类似于：
